Privacy policy
This is a demonstration shop. Plumpkin does not exist — the bears, the prices and the workshop were written for a portfolio. The basket, checkout and contact form genuinely work, so anything you type in really is stored. Here is what happens to it.
Who receives the data
Orders and messages go to Bartosz Moczulajtys, who built this site, at hello@plumpkin.kadrownia.com. No bear is sewn, no money is taken and nothing is passed on.
What is collected
Only what you enter: name, e-mail, delivery address and phone number at checkout; name, e-mail and message in the contact form; and the name you ask for on a tag. Payment details are never collected — there is no card gateway.
Who processes it along the way
The site runs on WordPress with WooCommerce. Orders are stored in the site’s own database and e-mailed to the author. No third-party analytics, no marketing pixels, no external form service. The server is in Poland — Zenbox hosting, Beyond.pl data centre in Poznań.
Cookies
Browsing the site sets no cookies. Adding a bear to the basket sets two: one that remembers your basket and one that tells the site there is something in it. Both are needed for the shop to work, contain no personal data and expire after two days. There is no consent banner because nothing here needs consent.
How long
Orders and messages from this demonstration site are deleted after 30 days. They exist only to show that the shop works.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time — one e-mail to the address above is enough, and the deletion will be confirmed. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or, as the server is in Poland, to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
