Delivery and returns
Tracked, from Bristol, usually within a working day. Thirty days to change your mind on an un-named bear.
Delivery
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3.95. Free on orders over £50.
- Ireland and western Europe: tracked, £9.95, 4–7 working days.
- Collection: free, from the workshop, Thursday to Saturday 10–4. Choose “pay at the workshop” at checkout.
Un-named bears leave within one working day. A bear with a name on the tag takes two extra working days, because the embroidery is done here in batches on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You get a tracking number by e-mail the moment the parcel is scanned.
Returns
Un-named bears: thirty days from delivery, unused, in the original tissue. E-mail us the order number, we send a label, and refund the bear (not the postage) within five days of it arriving back.
Bears with a name on the tag are made for one person and cannot be resold, so they only come back if something is wrong with them — a loose seam, a stain from us, a wrong name. Then we replace it, and pay the postage both ways.
Payment
Bank transfer, or payment in person at the workshop. This is a concept shop, so there is no card gateway: the checkout is real, the bears are not.
